We are a property preservation and maintenance company that is currently seeking new subcontractors to complete work orders in South Florida (Broward County, Charlotte County, Collier County, Glades County, Hendry County, Lee County, Martin County, Miami-Dade County, Monroe County, Palm Beach County, St. Lucie County, Florida). We are seeking experienced, honest, hardworking, reliable quality property preservation contractors. We are looking to build a long-lasting relationship with qualified contractors- those dedicated to performing and providing high-quality work.

To become part of our vendor network, you must have the following:

• able to submit and pass Aspen Grove background check or provide Aspen Grove ABC Number
• valid drivers license with auto insurance
• general liability Insurance (required)
• automobile insurance(required)
• errors/omissions insurance (preferred)
• worker's compensation insurance or exemption certificate
• must be able to use Pruvan (or willing to learn)
• must be able to utilize email
• must have a smart phone with camera
• must be able to complete work orders timely, efficiently and with minimal supervision
• must be willing to work at least 5 days a week, preferably 6
You must have the ability to perform ALL of these tasks and others as needed:

• Document ALL work BEFORE it is conducted with HIGH-QUALITY PICTURES, as well as, IN PROGRESS and AFTER shots
• Inspections
• Lock changes
• Lawn mowing and tree/shrub trimming
• Minor home repairs
• Boarding of broken windows & doors
• Trash & debris removals
• General cleaning
• Winterizations.
