We are seeking experienced property preservation vendors in the following states
MA ( Berkshire County , Essex County , Middlesex County)
WA (Lewis, Yakima, Snohomish,Perce County,King)
NH (Grafton, Coss, Sullivan County)

We work with multiple clients and cover the entire state.

Work includes but not limited to -
1. Rehab/Repair/Renovation
2. Lawn & Landscaping Maintenance
3. Trashout
4. Winterization
5. Snow Removal
6. Securing
7. Roofing
8. Plumbing
9. HVAC
10.Electrical
11.Mold

Also seeking Licensed Contractors/Specialists who complete all these work and also pull permits.

Payment: Net 7 ( 7 days after completion every week).

Requirements:
1. Must have their own equipment to perform work.
2. Liability Insurance up to $1M minimum.
3. Aspen Grove Background Check (ABC) Number
