ZVN Properties, Inc. is a national field servicing company, providing Property Preservation, Occupied Maintenance, Rental Turns, Repair & Rehab Services, for residential and commercial properties.
We are currently recruiting vendors in your area interested in expanding their business within these industries to service our growing list of clients.
Qualified vendors must have $1m each General Liability, Errors & Omissions, and Auto insurance, be able to complete securing services (lock changes/boarding), winterizations, debris/hazard removal, maid services, safety issue repairs/maintenance, lawn maintenance, general repairs, and all necessary reporting, documentation, and photos necessary.
Must be able to meet deadlines and be on time for appointments, and be able to meet tenants in a professional manner.
