Looking for Property Preservation Vendors in Texas

- NY - Essex, Warren, Yates, Schuyler, Seneca, Wayne, Tioga, Ontario, Monroe, Livingston, Steuben, Cayuga, Tompkins, Chemung, Cortland
- AL - Walker, Jefferson, Tuscaloosa, Saint Clair, Shelby, Talladega, Montgomery
- PA - Allegheny, Lawrence, Greene, Washington, Westmoreland, Clearfield, Clinton, Lycoming, Elk, Jefferson, Schuylkill
- FL - Dixie, Gulf, Gadsden, Walton, Madison, Monroe, Lafayette
** NC, SC, IL, IN, GA, TX, LA, NJ, TN, WI, MI, OH, MA, RI, MD, VA **
Work orders can be assigned right away.
SERVICES NEEDED:
• Mowing, blowing and weed-eating
• Tree and shrub trimming and disposal
• Debris removal
• Cleanouts including maid services
• Fence repair
• Tree removal
• Securing
• Landscaping
• Pool securing and maintenance
• Board-ups
• Roof tarping and repairs
• Winterizations and de-winterizations
• General home repair
• General knowledge of plumbing and electrical work preferred
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS/EQUIPMENT:
• All potential vendors are required to have an Aspen Grove ABC number.
• Additionally, we also require General Liability insurance.
