Looking for Sub-Contractors to join our team..

We are a property management company that preserves REO (real estate owned) and PFC (pre-foreclosed) properties on behalf of the banks and mortgage companies. The work we complete are as follows but not limited to:
• Landscaping (grass cuts, shrub and tree trimming, weed removal, tree limb removal)
• Snow Removals
• Window boarding and/or replacements
• Securing (lock changes)
• Discoloration remediation's
• Winterizations
• Etc.
We require our contractors have General Liability, Errors & Omissions (if you are able to obtain this) and Workers Comp (if you have a crew/employees). If you are exempt from workers comp then we would just need a letter from the state.
