Property Preservation Crews - Houston TX

We are a Property Preservation business looking for crews to partner with in Houston and surrounding areas to conduct the following work on Bank & REO properties:
-Lawn/yard maintenance (including shrub/tree trimming)
-Secure properties/lock changes/window boarding & reglazing
-Debris removal/property cleanouts
-Winterizing/general plumbing repairs
-Evictions/maid services
-General property repairs as needed/required
This is a subcontracting opportunity. Must have your own tools/equipment to complete the work. Experience in Property Preservation is a must (at least 1 year). Will need to have the ability to pass a background check (current Aspen Grove number a plus).
