PROPERTY PRESERVATION, REO, AND REPAIR FIELD CREW

REO and Asset Management company looking to hire CONTRACTORS to join our network

REQUIREMENTS:
• MUST be able to travel to work in the areas/counties where we currently have the most volume.
• MUST have general and working knowledge of the Property Preservation business
• MUST provide your own means of reliable transportation
• Must provide your own tools and equipment to complete the assigned work
• Must provide your own smartphone for processing and payment of work
• Must provide your own phone with picture taking capabilities {Android or Iphone} and/or
camera with time/date stamp and geocoding capabilities.

EXPERIENCE:
• Must have experience in lawn maintenance and property preservation work
• Must have great communication skills
• Must have the ability to complete work orders on time - within 2-3 business days as assigned
• Must have operating knowledge of a computer and smartphone
• Must be able to take a minimum of 60-120 photos and a maximum of 121-400 photos per property
• Must be familiar with uploading and downloading pictures and documents
• Must be willing to sign the Contractor Agreement Form

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Lock Changes and Winterization
• Window Boarding or Re-Glazing
• Trash Removal
• Roof Tarping
• Get live approvals on site
• General Repairs, Electricians, Roofing Estimators, jack of all trades are NEEDED!!
....assigned work orders could include any of the above, just to name a few.
