REO Property Preservation Vendors Wanted (VA/FL)
We are currently looking for reliable REO Property Preservation vendors to service our work orders and provide quality, timely, and professional services.

Services Required
● Initial property secures
● Lock changes / rekeys, including approved additional work on-site
● Bi-weekly grass cuts and lawn maintenance
● Debris removal / trash-outs
● General repairs, including roofing, drywall, flooring, carpet, etc.
● REO rehabilitation and renovation work
● Eviction services
● Roof tarping and repairs
● Board-ups / reglazing
● Janitorial / maid services
● Sales cleans
● Pool securing and servicing
● Property inspections
● Mold remediation
● Hazard removal
● Other property preservation and maintenance services

Vendor Requirements
● Property preservation / REO experience preferred

● Professional communication and quality workmanship
● Proper licensing and insurance where required
Priority Given to Vendors Who
● Cover multiple counties
● Can handle both preservation and maintenance
● Have REO/foreclosure experience
● Can accept multiple work orders per week
● Are ready to start immediately
Payment Terms
● Instant payment for the first 3 completed payments
● After the first 3 payments: Net 7
● Payment methods: Direct Deposit or Zelle
● Payday: Tuesday
