√ Lawn Care Services:
Lawn care rates start out at $30 which includes weed eating and blowing off of sidewalks. We also trim hedges, remove bushes or limbs, edging, etc for an additional fee. We have professional lawn care equipment which includes a 50” Zero Turn Mower, 42” Riding Mower and a push mower for the places that are harder to get to.
√ Trash Out Services:
Trash Out and debris removal rates start out at $25/hour with a 2 hour minimum. We can haul off loads with our own truck and trailer for an additional fee or use the dumpster that you provide.
√ Cleaning Services:
Thorough cleaning of the inside of properties after clean out, starting at $20/hour. We supply our own cleaning supplies, vacuums and carpet cleaners, etc.
√ Handyman Services:
General Handyman Services can be provided such as changing locks, cleaning of gutters, boarding up windows and glass doors, general painting of interior and exterior, minor drywall repair and pressure washing. We also winterize properties.
√ Flat Rate:
We will provide a flat rate for using multiple services and provide you with before and after pictures of work performed.
