Installs/repair, walls, floors, and ceilings. Basic electrical work, installing light fixtures, outlets, switches. Installs repair or fit doors, door frames, door hardware, interior and exterior trim. Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintaining a safe and clean environment. Access to licensed Environmental Remediation Technicians. Inspect ceiling or floor tile, wall coverings, siding, glass, or woodwork to detect broken or damaged structures. Painting various surfaces. Basic plumbing, replacing sinks, toilets, tubs. Demolition. Build/repair cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, or other wooden fixtures. Assemble & fasten materials to make frameworks or props. Remove damaged or defective parts or sections of structures and repair or replace. Move necessary materials around jobsite as designated. General landscaping; mowing lawns, leaf blowing, trimming hedges, and raking leaves. Clean up worksite debris.
