At PE, we perform maintenance work on single-family rental properties. This includes but not limited to HOA landscaping violations, fence and deck repairs, tree removal and stump grinding, roof repairs, pressure washing, drywall/trim/painting, water heater replacement, minor plumbing, and electrical repairs, and many other rental property maintenance tasks.
Our goal is to build relationships with our vendors and provide a continuous volume of work as trust is established. We are looking for vendors who are professional, provide quality work, are honest, reliable, and will have good communication with us. We view our relationship with our vendors as a partnership, focuses on doing the work right the first time every time.
