Cash Now Offer was founded by a diabetic as a way to give back to the diabetic community. Why? Because without insurance and good paying jobs, many diabetics have trouble attaining diabetic supplies vital to their health. Cash Now is committed to local charities and non-profits including the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation as we look for a way to help those without means take care of their diabetic needs. Since 2005, we have been helping people sell diabetic test strips for cash and donating them to those in need at our cost or selling them online at a significant discount.
